Orlando’s Destination Theater for new Plays
Playwrights’ Round Table is Orlando’s oldest theater producing a full season of original plays. From page to stage, we empower and celebrate playwrights. Since 1997, PRT hosts free play writing workshops every second Sunday and the following Monday online. Every year, we produce three short play festivals and one world premiere full length play. All of our shows are produced in partnership with local directors, actors and theater artists.

Playwrights’ Round Table is comprised of a diverse and passionate team of artists dedicated to the development and celebration of new theater works. Playwrights’ Round Table is a non profit 501C-3 organization. We exist with the support of our donors. We are the only theater in Orlando which produces new works all year. We support writers, actors and artists it takes to bring new plays to a live audience.
